Savannah In My Pocket is a guide app for visitors to Savannah, Georgia. It puts places to eat, drink, shop and explore, a map of what’s nearby, the free shuttle and ferry routes and the basics a visitor needs in one app. Local businesses can add their own page, a pin on the map and a dashboard with their real numbers. The same platform powers DMO IQ, a separate product for destination organizations. The app is coming soon, and the web version works today. Founder Jacob Archer is a Savannah native who has personally guided about 8,000 visitors as a private driver.
