Using the app

You must be at least 13 years old to use Savannah In My Pocket, and 18 or older to make a purchase such as a VIP pass. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Reservations & bookings

Reservation requests you make in the app are sent to and fulfilled by the venue itself, not by us. The venue’s own availability, cancellation, and refund policies apply. We do not guarantee that a requested time will be honored.

VIP pass & perks

• The VIP pass is a paid pass that unlocks perks at partner businesses.
• Perks are redeemed in person using the in-app redemption screen with a live countdown. A redemption cannot be undone once started, so begin it only when staff can see your screen.
• Perks are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn by partner businesses.
• Perks and passes have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

Purchases & refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. To request a refund, email us at hello@savinmypocket.com with your order details. Where a purchase is fulfilled by a partner business, that business’s refund policy may apply.

Your content

You keep ownership of reviews and photos you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content in the app. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience — we remove content that is fake, harassing, or unlawful.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the app, scrape data, or interfere with its operation.
• Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent a business you don’t own.

Disclaimers & liability

Hours, availability, and place details are provided "as is" and can change without notice. We are not liable for the acts of third-party venues, or for indirect or consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the update. Questions? See the contact card below.
